X-Plane 11 RW10用ALFSを作るょ

上記環境では、RJOAのRW10側のALSFは、滑走路面以下１０ｍまでの部分のみの表示だったので、ALSFを作成し、RWに設定されている ALSF II ⇒ None に設定変更。
