OCN 固定IP16のADSL回線が通信断が頻発。というか、だんだん繋がっている時間の方が短くなる感じ。
取り敢えず、ルータのリスタートとか、モデムのON・OFFとかした記録がこんな

で、traceroute が止まる 12、13番目の61.207.4.12 と、221.184.18.166 は、whois では、

と登録されているので、取り敢えず、OCNの障害情報などを見るも、

情報なし・・・
2013年4月15日取り敢えずOCNのお問い合わせフォームに障害の報告をいれてみた。
2013年4月17日繋がらない時間の方が繋がる時間より長い状況に変わりが無いので、OCNの故障問い合わせ番号に電話。曰く
「OCN網内には特に異常は御座いません。NTTにお問い合わせ下さいマセ」
とのことでありました。んで、こんどはNTTの故障用の番号へ電話すると、
「点検に行きます」
とのことだったので、取り敢えず、ユーザローカルの問題というよりは網内のルータレベルの問題かもしれないことを伝える。
で、結局「局内のパッケージ交換をしたので、様子を見る」ということになりもした。
16の所のIPアドレスが
